Made this lampwork necklace for mommy on 23 Sep 2014. My mommy has passed over (2018) and I have just finally gotten around to posting this. Still I am glad she got a chance to wear it and I know, where she is, she can have anything she wants. And she is happy. ❤️🧚🏽♀️
The beautiful central lampwork pendant was handmade by lampwork artist Di Parsons. The colours and the feel of the sea with its random and abstract design was what caught my eye and which I felt my mom would love.
I made the gemstone and Swarovski pearls chain with .925 sterling silver wire.

It touches my heart in ways that are hard to express: my mommy wearing the necklace and also the crochet top I made. I never really thought she liked my creations. She was just about to go “gai-gai” (outing). I think this was taken in Sept 2013. These were photos sent to me by family in KL.
