Pattern for this round, short crochet cape is now listed and available.
This cape is worked in overlay crochet. Perfect for avoiding chilled necks and shoulders when you want to sit up in bed to read or meditate. But it is so lovely and flattering that it is also ideal to expose it to admiration in town or for a fun outing.
The short cape is easy to wear, much easier than a jacket.
You can wear it with collar up or down.

Additional Notes
While I do mention the beads and where to include them, how to make the beads are not included in the pattern. However if you know how to wrap wire and make loops, it is quite easy to make your own dangles.
I used long ball headpins (0.6mm), metal bead caps, and glass drop beads to make my dangles.
