Deco Hoops Earrings – easy, colourful, comforting. Perfect project for downtime, while the muse is away, when too many mojos bombard you, when all you want to do is bead and not drag out the kitchen sink for the next big project.
Being a time filler and not too hard to do (except on the poor ole eyes), I will only have pics for you.
It starts off with a round metal ring. Basic bead weaving stitch is brick stitch. The increase as one moves outward is achieved via larger beads. Here the gradual increase is from 15/0 seed beads, to Miyuki Delica, to 11/0 to 8/0 seed beads. The other edge is with 3mm or 4mm Swarovski crystal pearls.
