Lattice & Buds Fingerless Gloves in Overlay Crochet/Pattern (CH0520 a&b)

Lattice & Buds Fingerless Gloves happened in the lull between doing something else and waiting for the materials to arrive. While waiting, and twiddling my restless thumbs, feeling the cold seeping in through the doorways … my fingers itched for something warm to cozy up to. So I found myself in the long hallways of creating a full blown pattern tutorial for making these set of winter gloves.

Some Basics about the Lattice & Lace Fingerless Gloves

  • made in overlay crochet – pattern is suitable for intermediate to advanced crocheters, anyone familiar with overlay crochet, or anyone adventurous enough to give it a go (The pattern is filled with lots of photos for every step.)

  • Yarn: any yarn that is appropriate for crochet hooks sizes between 3-4mm
(I used premium acrylic yard with manufacturer’s recommended hook size of 3-4mm; and I used 3.5mm and 3mm hooks.)
Tip: you can use thicker yarns with bigger hook sizes for a larger size; or thinner yarns with smaller hook size for a smaller size

  • Size: using the yarn size mentioned above, the final gloves are appropriate for Sm – Medium fitting

  • Colour Palette – consist of 6 different colours

These Lattice & Buds Fingerless Gloves are made with two different colour palettes.
